The directors of Special Interest Holidays are Paul and Henrietta Delahunt-Rimmer who are both ex-Royal Air Force officers. Paul was a pilot and Operations Director, Henri was a nursing sister before becoming an air traffic control officer.
Paul is a management consultant specialising in travel and eco-tourism. As a senior officer in the Royal Air Force he was responsible for the planning and implementation of all Royal and Ministerial worldwide tours on the VC10. In fourteen years of Royal flying he carried out many tours around Africa working in over half the countries on the continent.
